PLA (Polylactic acid)
PLA is to ferment starch and cellulose from wheat straw, rice straw, corn and other plants to produce lactic acid, and then polymerize lactic acid to form polylactic acid (polylactide), which is PLA. PLA is a biodegradable polymer material, and it is a real decomposable plastic. PLA has good ductility like plastic, can be processed into various products, and is a good substitute for plastic.
■ Properties:
1. New biodegradable materials
2. Good mechanical and physical properties
3. Good compatibility and degradability
